Who is the real support??
Hard to give a review for an application that sends so many different emails that no one can actually tell which one is legitimate or not, so I’ll just block all of them, no real way to see what the support email address is on this App Store, and the application never even scanned my device not even while I had a malicious WebKit stuck on my Home Screen so whoever this developer is, must be different than malwarebytes windows application. This application and VPN sucks.

They will tell you that you can activate the app on three devices. But they make it so difficult to do so that you will never succeed.

Downloaded thinking it scanned for malware. Nope. And everything is an upgrade. Cancelled before the end of the free trial

Complete scam for phone malware
It might protect from spam calls, but offers zero scanning for malware as the desktop does. Speaking of which, it can’t locate which devices you protect if you buy a bundle, and you can’t cancel a bundle, you can only downgrade to fewer devices. One of the great scams of all apps.
It’s a lie!
You have to sign up to “try for free.” Then remember to cancel before they charge you. That’s not “try for free.” That’s “get in your wallet.”

After downloading installing and attempting this multiple times, it kept on asking me for money.
I emailed back-and-forth and texted a dozen times while technical support kept telling me that what I was seeing wasn’t there.
After multiple times telling them that know this is what is on the screen they brought in another person asked if I had ever use Malwarebytes in the past. And I replied I did so maybe 10 years ago.
Two more emails back-and-forth and they replied this
: How our free version would work is if you have already used the trial, it would skip this step and automatically install the free scanner version. If it is giving you the option to start a trial, you would have to do this step in order for it to revert to the free version after the free 7-day trial. It does require you to enter billing info but you can immediately cancel this or ask us to do this for you and then you get the free premium features for 7 days, after that it will just be our completely free remediation version.
1. nothing was said about any requirements or limitations using the software for free.
2. Why is it that known was able to explain that to me and so many emails?
3. I still don’t understand what they told me in that text.
I can’t break their ability to identify malware. But if it takes a week and a half for them to even tell you how to install the software and they can’t figure out the processes and then they send you a reply like this, I would say I wouldn’t necessarily be so sure they would be able to do anything about it.

My phone is still being monitored. It seems as though, it has a mind of its own. This mobile security system is BS.

They trick people into signing up, then won’t refund your money. I’m 75 years old and they said it was trial and you can stop anytime. They lied.

Was formerly the best. Now on mobile, it only lets you know if your passwords are compromised, among a very short list of other features. Most notably, whats missing, is scanning for malware and spyware. The basics of the program
Not truly free…
It is free to download but as soon as you do, you are hit with a subscription. Sure there’s a free trial. Then it does not really do anything more. Scans for any email breaches, which you can get for free. Everything else is more money for subscriptions. Nothing like its PC counterpart. Don’t waste your time or your money.

The most annoying advertising on the net. Can’t opt out, can’t cancel. Shutting down device doesn’t help. Would never buy.

This app works occasionally. It’s impossible to have an account with him and they might need to have an account to do anything they know how to charge my credit card. That’s for sure but there’s no way to deal with them. They’re telling me I need to give him a new credit card. I can’t do that. I have to log out of it and all the Acct. I don’t know whether it’s supposed to do that. I cannot find it on I can’t find anywhere for Support. There isn’t enough support for this app so unfortunately, I’m gonna have to stop paying for it. I’m not have it. It’s useless like this don’t waste your money.

malwarebytes ad for their top tier subscription will not go away so that I can use the app. if I wanted the $150.00 a year subscription I would have purchased it. however, not letting me go past it is just wrong. I will try a couple of more things before I cancel and delete the app.

Unfair charges
I downloaded the app just to be safe and make sure my phone was protected. It clearly stated that after the free trial (1 week) it would switch me to the free trial. I just received an email today that it in fact charged me $50 for the premium subscription that only lasts for 2 weeks. I’m very annoyed that the app chose to charge me even after I accepted the terms they presented.
