Confusing AF
I just reset my password couple days ago and it’s not recognizing it. Then it asked me to update it which I hate doing because I really have a process for my passwords. Then it won’t take me back to the email which I really. This is so confusing.

Business usage
What a terrible system you used to be able to organize your files by date now there is no ability to organize other than the systems alphabetically one. This makes it extremely difficult for business to find files, even more so when you can’t search files by content that’s within those files already saved within.

Embarrassingly Bad
The entire Copilot platform is so buggy that it is effectively not functional. I would say at least half of the responses that I receive are hallucinations or flat out lies. Of the half which or not, another half of that is excuses about the agent not being able to perform a simple task because the tool isn’t working properly or not knowing how to use it’s own features. Replies are far too verbose and full of filler even when I give it preferences and instructions not to. It’s just horrendously bad. I use Claude for all of my personal work but am forced to use copilot at the office; complete night and day experience and Microsoft should be embarrassed at how poorly this platform reflects upon them.

In my civil environmental engineer & business owner roles with presentations, project executive & PM functions, reports, and client management, this product inflated from a foundational, functioning single pay package to a COSTLY annual subscription touting AI for applications that have yet to show enhanced standalone functionality. I don’t mind paying the annual, but it’s not fair that there are no significant improvements, the sign in interface is broken, I cannot even escape the numerous ads for plugins, AI, and enhancements that do not relate to my use.

It doesn't make PDFs like it use to. Now its just a picture and not formatted like a real PDF. It basically took it out and made a new app Lens and wants to make you pay for another subscription when you've already paid for one before they changed this to copilot.

I have a 365 personal subscription that I haven’t been able to access on iOS since September; ordinarily this would be an easy fix but apparently Microsoft has eliminated all competent, domestic people from its customer service staff
No Feature only copilot
In recent updates they have removed microsoft lens, and the ability to open and edit office files. The app is just copilot AI basically.
Clippy advanced
This is basically clippy advanced. Something nobody wants , but we are forced into it. Even when you pay for it. Why would I want my work to be harder and clippy to be as helpful as nothing. It can’t even open the scanner app, you have to go way into the app just to find the scanner app. Worthless clippy 2
If this is supposed to be easy, then it isn’t
I’m old school. Put an icon on the desktop immediately. When you click on the icon, it goes to different modules you select like word. You type into a description to paste the document and edit it in a formal fashion. It creates the document you edit it. You are done instead of looking to enter the program in Korea and create the document you won’t waste your time for hours. Get it together, Microsoft.
Stop cramming AI features
AI shoved in my face with 10-20+ clicks just the get to a spot where I can open a different app and sign in (only for it to not work). What used to take 2 min before a meeting touching up a document on my phone is now a 4 hour ordeal

Very irritating
Every time I click links from my personal email it goes through the tunnel and all the other stuff which takes for ever load and also implements our company policy on to my personal email which restricts what I can copy or share.
Copilot is the worst LLM
This model of enterprise “intelligence” is awful. It is the epitome of what happens when you stack contrasting Euclidean dimensions and then reward it by rating what is “useful” or “plausible”, but lacking any formal grounded epistemology. It is the most ridiculous form sycophancy in a chat bot imaginable.

Worst PDF editor program
Use iAnnotate for marking PDfs 1000x superior. Users should avoid this unless forced upon you by your company. Has 1990’s feature set with AI overlay that is average at best.

Beyond worthless
This is not the full version . It is set up like it can handle things, and tells you it can. But no. I tried for three days to do a simple task of merging attendance data from an Excel document made by synergy into a calendar that tracks student hours across different class periods and different days of the week. Over and over i adjust prompts, revised directions, and was never able to get the output I wanted. The app complained about the dates not being formatted right, so I said let’s fix them and it didn’t.
The truth is that I was trying to keep student data in the ecosystem that the school district is paying a fortune for, and it was never right. I went to Claude ai an and it was done in 5 minutes.
And tried it in the regular copilot app. The screen scrolls continuously. And what Claude did with ease, the copliot regular app said the document was too long. They put a cap of 350 rows. This is the flagship AI they are saying to use? I recommend getting out your Commodore 64 - it will be easier and more reliable

Why?
Microsoft seems to be competing with Apple in the "let's change things, not because it's useful, or desirable, but because we can" model of software development. Screw usability. Everybody wants cleverness. Have some work to do? Open up 365 and tell the oh-so-adorable chat interface how you were misunderstood as a child. It'll take you to Word where you can pour out your feelings. Feeling better, you can the get on with the task at hand. This is the most useless interface I've ever encountered. Congratulations Microsoft, you're number 1!

Interrupting my activity
There are few things more annoying than being asked for feedback on a feature I don’t use when I have just opened the app and am trying to get something done. Leave users alone especially in the time right after we start using an app.

Ghost “work” email preventing personal access
Look, I was enjoying my foray into the desktop version of my 365 Copilot-so I downloaded this app. Then, the trouble began. After an hour of step-by-step troubleshooting, reviewing over a dozen setting options in my phone, restarting my phone 3x, and redownloading this app 3x, I sill can not access my personal outlook account. A phantom work email continues to interfere, and I should not be spending an hour to connect to one friggin’ app. Microsoft has failed here, and it should be my duty to figure it out. I tried. You failed. Maybe make a note of this issue and fix it.
