Don’t like AI
I’m just trying to getoffice.com to launch my apps and it continues to take me round and round to open up this app which does not have the Apple launcher in it like it says perhaps I’m using the wrong one but everything that resorts back to AI just sucks! Currently right now if we’re using new Outlook versus old Outlook, we have proven time and time again that people are not getting their emails and they’re definitely not getting them and the time that they were sent as others are, it has missing functionality and in business until something is proven 100% accurate functionality it should not be launched in our company. It keeps taking us to the new Outlook and I keep having to resort to old Outlook so that I can ensure the emails I sent or delivered to everyone and in a timely manner

Not Happy
Do not like Copilot at all. It doesn’t let me see my last line so if I want to change something I have to close the keyboard just to see what it says. I tried looking up how to disable copilot and had trouble finding how to do that using Microsoft instructions. Will be looking for another word program to use.
Response is poor compared to other AI
I wanted to learn about some Microsoft mail applications on my iPhone. Copilot didn’t understand my prompt.
Total garbage for Enterprise users
The uncomfortable truth
Right now, Copilot with an enterprise account on iOS can be genuinely unusable, even when licensing and permissions are correct.
That’s not an opinion - it’s borne out in Microsoft’s own Q&A forums.
Trying to use CoPilot in a browser forces you to download the app which is severely limited: no copy and paste, no video review, limited import options for documents and workflows.
Enterprise users are left out of most of the functionality of this product on iOS.
Do better Microsoft.

From Perfect App to AI slop
Every single time this app gets updated it becomes worse. What used to be a great app for combining photos to a single pdf file, you now have to navigate through all the AI features.
The layout used to be user friendly and accessible now features are buried or no longer exist

I don’t like the new version
I liked when I could work on my files in copilot. I rarely use it now. The change doesn’t work for me.
Poor
Not user friendly.
Worst AI ever
Just a toy and useless
Does not open files
Did note open .pdf to get its help
bruh
can’t even create a word doc in the microsoft office app anymore. how the mighty have fallen.
Can’t even get on most of the time
Perplexity is far superior to Copilot, as it is always available, remember info from the last question and recommends follow up questions. It also provides it information sources.
Dead last in Ai
Subscribed because I thought Microsoft ai version would be the very best to interact with their Office suite. Turns out they are light years behind both ChatGPT and Claude. Would cancel but I am locked in for two years, hopefully they can catch up with their competition.
Over charged
I attend FSCJ College, my school pays for my plan and I’m being charged separately on a personal plan as well?
Tired of Subscription Models!
People should be able to PURCHASE software, not just RENT IT INDEFINITELY!!!
Hate it
Lousy
Kill the query on app-switch?
If I leave a browser tab open, my chat history remains, seemingly permanently. Using this app axes my back-chat every time I leave the app then switch back. This is awful functionality
Too much stuff
I’m a retired teacher. I don’t need copilot or teams etc. There should be a basic Word, Excel, power point version. I never use or do I need AI to write.
Guardrails are broken, oversensitive, have absurd triggers, and too much control over the app
I have to set the ai straight at least once per chat, the guardrail logic is practically strapped on with duct tap, extremely poorly coded, oversensitive, prone to looping, unfairly targets competent power users, and can and will lock out a conversation after it misfires for no reason.
It’s awful
Unnecessary. Adding steps and complexity with zero additive value.

Who the hell needs this app?
I hate Microsoft and their dozens of mandatory yet useless apps. A monkey could create a better user experience.
Dumbest AI of all
Can’t believe why Microsoft even trying.
Co-pilot
Ever since the latest downgrade I can’t share my outlook OneDrive docs when on my mobile phone. It’s costing me a fortune
Completely Useless
I have made several attempts to use M365 Copilot, both mobile and on the desktop. It falls short on all accounts. Email summaries are full of errors, requests to perform simply tasks are always met with an instruction list of how to do the task instead of doing the task. Even when given a simple spreadsheet and identifying the columns by name to perform simply calculations, Copilot was unable to perform the task. The amount of money Microsoft has spent on such an incredibly useless tool is mind boggling. Look elsewhere and don’t waste your time.
All functionality gone-who is this for?
My job uses Microsoft and I have a paid M365 account for our small business but this app is now completely useless. It no longer is the place to access all your documents. It’s just another AI chat… but inferior to the free version.
It seems like someone at Microsoft has this vision that there exists a huge market of people who want an AI app to chat with about their own business documents. But why? There’s no use case for this with consumers. Maybe some consumers will chat to a bot for fun or recipes or to make cartoon cats-I don’t know. But that’s a completely separate market from your PAID DOC MGMT CUSTOMERS.
Nearly every review of this app is 1 stars. It has lost all reason for being. Here’s the thing: if you happen to fall into the tiny group who wants to use AI to analyze your documents, there’s zero benefit to having a Microsoft app do it. You can paste the docx or other file in any AI bot you want. Most people who are using Microsoft for documents are forced to do it for our work/ business, and AI is just a hindrance to us that introduces randomness and error.

Free version seems faster
Copilot is very slow compared to AI. Also not sure why it seems like the free version was faster. If you were expecting quality to improve with a subscription, you will be disappointed.
A lot of work for little value
Just spent a half hour downloading once again because of update. When I need it most on my IPad it always fails me.
What a bunch of……
BS
Bad
I can’t edit anything
Never ending I don’t want to upgrade leave me alone about it if I want to I will
Money hungry
Fix stock data refresh on iOS

Shady Tactic
The app was quietly redesigned to center Copilot, changing core functionality without consent. What used to be a straightforward productivity tool now feels like a vehicle to push AI features I didn’t ask for. This kind of forced change is frustrating and breaks trust. I’m uninstalling.
Not easy to use!!!
Can’t you make it easier to use when you just want to create and print basic docs?
Going backwards
If could get something different i would. For everything else i use what other alternative happens to be on my OS. Things were better with out AI fusing and messing with everything. I personally prefer when Office was sold as a standalone.
Poorly conceived, poorly executed, poorly implemented.
This seems designed to fail.
Worse and worse and worse. Stop it
Just stop already
Nothing I really need.
Where are the apps I need? This used to give me access to all the apps in one place, now it’s just a ChatGPT clone.
Apparently this is a chat program not access to Microsoft 365 Copilot
When downloaded it Microsoft 365 Copilot, which is supposed to be your access to all your files and other items that you have saved through Microsoft OneDrive. It doesn’t do that appears only to be a chat program which links to nothing. I don’t know what is good for. It appears to be good for nothing but asking questions of Microsoft copilot or whatever that is. It’s junk.
Hallucinates
This model takes shrooms
Can’t copy what I want from pdf
Hard to print a copy from this. Hate it
Why make it’s complicated
Is everything supposed be AI, do developers have anything against a simple and straightforward interface and design. It’s all messed up
How do you delete Co-pilot?
I do not like this program. This program tries to put it’s own interpretation in to what I am written which contradicts my personal understanding and it also seems to go behind what I have written when doing spell : grammar checking and rephrases my words which completely changed my original meaning,
I despise any program that tried to put words in my thoughts / mine which are not my own.
I did not want this program which showed up as a MS WORD add in and does not seem to provide a clear way to delete it.
Makes me believe that this is a subversive way for programmers to manipulate people’s minds and promote their propaganda with out users permission.
I am considering other options for a word processor that does not use such a function as “Co-pilot”.

MS 365 Copilot
Why on earth would you take away the ability to delete a document!! I deal with documents that require corrections, additions, etc. and I’m not able to delete the outdated document? I DON’T WANT COPILOT and what I agreed to was a trial but once you accept the trial, it becomes PERMANENT!! Tell me please, how can I get rid of Copilot! Correct its features: 1) able to delete documents, 2) able to rename documents, and 3) able to make a correction in a document, for starters and maybe I’ll reconsider as long as l’m able to get rid of Copilot if I choose to do so. YOU have way too much control over my documents!!!
Sharing
Nothing works. Device to device where there is separate emails
Pop Ups
I was using the app and got a pop up to review it.
Hate it
Makes me want to chop my balls off
Horrible
This product disappoints in new ways every day. If i could change companies I would
Device notifications
Device notifications that take me to a query to search my email as a reminder to use the product. You no longer have notification access. You are in notification jail. The tag line says AI-powered productivity but you just took my attention and reduced it.
