I was here in 2023 during the image generator and it’s quote on quote golden era, but i’ve recently used the image generator for a marvel comic ai, and it was absolutely horrible? I mean the the way you guys have set it up is so terrible I am sorry. You were doing so well with your older generator versions. Anyway the point is I think you guys would get even more recognition from the marvel fanbase which includes millions if you were to fix this ?
Never works
I’m extremely frustrated trying to use this app on iOS. There’s a thousand hoops to jump through to simply save an image, and image creator keeps asking me to sign in even though I’m already signed in. I’m not even bothering with it, it should be easy.

No Notifications?!?!? No Rewards?!?!?
Why are notifications not accessible?!?!? It shows the number of notifications but after clicking on the (ever growing) number it’s just a screen with a slide that turns on or off ‘Allow notifications’ but no ability to see the actual notifications and see and/or delete them. Why?!?!? Please…Fix it before my OCD gets the better of me 🥺…Thank you. Getting beyond tired, as well, regarding the only occasionally working REWARDS program problem. Any one else experiencing this, too?!?!? Might have to find a new search engine because this one is becoming more of a problem than a solution.

The touch area or hit-box for the “X” button to close out tabs, is too small and has caused users to receive false “unusual search activity” flags on their Microsoft Rewards Account, often.
When users try to click the “X” button to close out a tab within the Bing app, it usually ends with the tab being reopened and reloaded instead of being closed out. This has caused problems for tabs that are strictly Bing searches.
Bing is constantly opening new tabs instead of staying in the existing tab, which causes multiple tabs being opened that the user is forced to close. This has took a toll on several users’ Microsoft Rewards Account and being falsely flagged for unusual search activities, when they’re simply trying to close out tabs.
This issue needs to be fixed by either increasing the touch area for the “X” button or add a secondary method like “swiping” to close out tabs, I pray you do BOTH!

No Notifications
I really like the bing app for searches and I liked that I earned Points when I read notifications. However the app no longer displays the notifications, it only gives a number of how many there are with no way read them. This change occurred a few weeks ago after an upgrade. It would be great if this change were fixed or if we were told where we could read the notifications within the app.
Don’t use bing again bro
Literally, the developers don’t do anything at when it comes to fixing issues. The fact that, they only care about the aesthetic aspect of the app that only became more repulsive. Recently Bing has been banning accounts including mine without any explanation or reasoning which is pathetic. Moreover, it’s so difficult to even sign in without an error page popping in within every page and when filing a support ticket it only ever generates responses with the usage of AI. And lastly they are in the files which is disappointing and disgusting. As I restate my point. They would ban everyone without reasoning except for predators.

Buggy app, outdated
When I try to use the microphone on my keyboard, it doesn’t work at all. So I either have to choose between the app spying on me or it not working at all. I’m reporting this numerous times to Microsoft and they don’t really care. It seems like. Also, their AI algorithm is severely flawed compared to googles. I will do simple searches, and it will give me information that is years out of date. Also, they eliminated all Amazon gift card rewards. That’s pretty garbage. I close all the tabs, and when I reopen the app, all the tabs are open again. Lots of bugs, they never fix the bugs.

Microsoft Rewards dashboard has completely disappeared once again after an update. I can’t access the Rewards dashboard in Bing or MSN app. It worked fine this morning prior to updating the apps.

Incredibly laggy, ridiculous age restrictions, scammy reward system, and just doesn’t work for me!! I think I will gladly stick to safari.

I have used the Bing app for years and I’ve always found it to be fast and responsive until about 2 weeks ago. Bing has become unresponsive and very lethargic to say the least. The app repeatedly closes itself or gets hung up with simple searches. I have done all updates, removed and reinstalled the app, reset my phone and still it is the most unstable app on my phone.
Very bad usability
Becomes so frustrating after a while. In copilot, the auto scrolling that fights your manual scrolling is a nightmare of poor design. It also freezes at least once during long conversations.

I appreciated competing search results to that of Google and very much appreciated the early integration of LLM models from OpenAI. I used Bing notifications to keep track of headlines not in my normal RSS feeds. However, the app is now irritatingly useless on my current iPad:
1. Badge indicating 80 unread notifications, yet the notifications list is empty. Nothing I do can change it from being empty. And the notifications list count increases.
2. MSN embedded articles and videos prioritizing ads _to the exclusion of the actual content_ (!!!) such as that the value of seeking the content is horribly diminished. It is _far_ better when you see an article you find interesting to note the source and _use Google to find the article at the source's own website_!!! And if that's the case, why bother?
3. Videos are _literally_ unwatchable on my iPad. As in, "I can't make any video play for love or money." The video can play without sound, or the video can link to an ad, or the video can sit at a freeze frame. The one thing a video can't do? Play. Hitting _any_ control on a video to make it play or unmute ... launches an ad.
Why put up with irritation? And I _am_ irritated, enough to leave a review. Now deleting the app.

Daily Searches doesn’t work on iOS
It doesn’t give me the 5 points per search reward on iOS but does on the Android version. Please fix this bug.

Notifications no longer work
It’s been like a week since notifications stopped working. The badges show and everything is turned in app & settings. I’ve followed suggestions still nothing.
Great as a search engine, but…
Bing is a great search engine and has pretty good maps. It stops there. My weather forecast notifications are always in Celsius. It constantly tells me it’s raining on a clear and sunny day. News notifications are super slow. I actually just got the notification about the missing crew member being found 24 hours late. It took eight hours after everyone else was already was covering it when the war started. It’s like that for the majority of the news notifications. Good thing I’m loaded down with several other means of getting news.

I am unable to do a mobile check in for reward points. Also can’t check my bing rewards menu in the bing app on iOS. Only happened with this latest update.
