Technical difficult difficult
The game works perfect on my phone but having trouble downloading it on my Apple TV even though it says it’s compatible it says it’s software update issue for your app I beg you guys give a new update version. The last tv tvOS was 9.0
Fix your game
I’ve had a good friend of mine added on this game for years now, she passed away about a year ago and I go to her towns and sent her chest and gift every day. I would never add her and she cannot un add me as she has passed away. I loaded back onto the game and almost all of my friends are removed including her. She cannot un add me as she passed and I wouldn’t un add her. Please fix your game so this doesn’t happen to anyone else it’s super unfair.

I LOST MY PROGRESS??
I’ve always ALWAYS played on this account when I would redownload and all of a sudden i redownloaded it today and all my progress from my iCloud is gone??!?! What waste of my time, my money etc. I will NOT be playing this game or spending money again

Data won’t transfer over to new phone
I recently just got the new iPhone 17 I used to have an iPhone 14 and I would play this game all the time and spent money on the game. It was all connected to the same Apple account and iCloud account. I’ve reached out to customer support to try to get my data transferred over it’s upsetting because I invested a lot of time into this game and it won’t transfer
Great game but storage killer
This is a great game! But it is a 1gb app when running through years to years. It becomes 30gb. These days it’s running from 30gb to 77gb. Can’t imagine how this happened. No one can fixed it? As it can’t restore the user data with redownload, how you can fix it? Please!
I spent real money on this game and they decided to rescind my rewards after 10 years
I have played this game and spent money on it since I was a kid in 2012, and with the newer update they have taken away rewards given to players who’ve paid, increased pop ups tenfold, and the game continues to crash and bug out. They changed this to a SUBSCRIPTION of all things!!! For a pony princess app!! I talked to support about this and they DID NOT return my daily free time skip and 2 mini games, and instead gave me 15 gems (in game currency) when 2 of my free daily mini games costs 10 total. What a complete and utter joke this company has made this game into. Years of my time and money spent and I’m done. It’s not even a fun experience anymore- just a pay-to-play CHORE.

the game is super fun except the “watch ad” feature doesn’t work! it’s so frustrating and just makes me want to stop playing. i hope the developers fix this so i can play again.

My game progress was reset even though my account is linked to Game Center. Support is ignoring the issue and doing nothing about it. I regret spending money on the game because it was all just wasted.

I've been playing this game since I was a kid, but the more updates there are, the worse it gets. Other users are right that it's impossible to save up for anything without donating (and the amounts are high). You're simply profiting off players, preventing regular users from developing steadily. Furthermore, the game is completely buggy: almost everyone has lost not only their friends but also the ability to even log into their favorite game. Support isn't responding, it's a nightmare. I'll change my review as soon as you get everything back to normal.

Do not get tooo invested into this game, I got a new phone and transferred everything over and the only game to not carry my progress is this game. I got decently far and the only thing I got in response was a few hundred red gems. This barely resolves anything as I had a monthly membership and had collected many ponies/shops and just have to restart from square one with nothing. Love the game and have loved it since I was a literal kid but just sucks I couldn’t find any resolution to saving my world even with having a membership.

I wanted to express my opinion and outrage… I played this game a long time ago, but not for long. My mom really loved playing the old version - she had it on two different tablets, and those were completely different accounts. Over time, the tablets broke down and the accounts couldn’t be recovered. Mom played for a very long time, since 2015, and she was genuinely sad to part with the game because of the faulty devices. She didn’t play for a long time after that. (She doesn’t like playing games on devices at all, but this was the only one she ever played.) Now she has a third tablet and decided to install the game again… and it was, of course, a shock… how they’ve “optimized” the game… Back then you had to assign ponies to work in the shops, the prices for pony mini-games were much lower, not to mention what’s happening with the game now. The interest that used to be there is gone. I really hope the developers bring back those nice old features to the game :)
Come on My Little Pony Magic princess you can do better
It’s a great game. I love the game, but when I activated all the harmony stones, a whole scene should come, but I should get Princess Luna, but I did not get her. I’m so disappointed. Please tell me what I should do. That’s so annoying. Please answer back. I really need you to or else. I will delete the game.

i loved this game and would rate it a five before. you have the most disappointing customer service i have ever dealt with. you have replied to two emails then there is zero follow up to actually do anything to help me.
