I spent real money on this game and they decided to rescind my rewards after 10 years
I have played this game and spent money on it since I was a kid in 2012, and with the newer update they have taken away rewards given to players who’ve paid, increased pop ups tenfold, and the game continues to crash and bug out. They changed this to a SUBSCRIPTION of all things!!! For a pony princess app!! I talked to support about this and they DID NOT return my daily free time skip and 2 mini games, and instead gave me 15 gems (in game currency) when 2 of my free daily mini games costs 10 total. What a complete and utter joke this company has made this game into. Years of my time and money spent and I’m done. It’s not even a fun experience anymore- just a pay-to-play CHORE.

I've been playing this game since I was a kid, but the more updates there are, the worse it gets. Other users are right that it's impossible to save up for anything without donating (and the amounts are high). You're simply profiting off players, preventing regular users from developing steadily. Furthermore, the game is completely buggy: almost everyone has lost not only their friends but also the ability to even log into their favorite game. Support isn't responding, it's a nightmare. I'll change my review as soon as you get everything back to normal.

Do not get tooo invested into this game, I got a new phone and transferred everything over and the only game to not carry my progress is this game. I got decently far and the only thing I got in response was a few hundred red gems. This barely resolves anything as I had a monthly membership and had collected many ponies/shops and just have to restart from square one with nothing. Love the game and have loved it since I was a literal kid but just sucks I couldn’t find any resolution to saving my world even with having a membership.

TERRIBLE IMAGE QUALITY
After the update, the quality of the building models, decorations, signs, and other elements in the game has significantly deteriorated. Playing the game has become unpleasant. It feels as if the developers of this game do not care about its quality.
Glitchy part
So anyway all of the updates have been great except your 101st update. It keeps making one of the events sounds so FIX IT please? But the other part is fun. why did you make a rip off of gravity Falls in the game? That’s actually hilarious. I’m gonna show my dad.

Ever since the latest iOS update, the app has been crashing non stop while loading and I’ve tried everything to resolve it even reinstalling the app and it still did nothing! I really hope they fix this soon!
i love this game but there are major flaws
i have a special connection to this game. tons of people do. it’s unfortunate that every aspect is rigged for you to spend money. i understand it’s a free game so it’s hard to make profit. but please for the sake of your loyal customers. make it less pay-to-win. i have no problem with the advertisements but please tone it down.

Data not being saved/restarting all the time after you redownload or switch devices.
I’ve always loved this game and still do but don’t get me wrong, but it’s the fact that’s it’s been literally 10+ years and you still cannot save your progress for the love of god unless you remember a user ID (or a friend ID, I think?) which is quite impossible considering the fact that most of the people who play this game are children who don’t even know what a user ID even is.
But it’s quite frustrating that you can be on level 100+ and been playing this game for 10+ years, spent money, You fortunately have to change devices because you got a new phone or your phone broke, and you lose all of that progress because the game doesn’t save data at all.
And you try to get it back but you need a user ID for customer service, another thing…everything is so dang expensive like it’s insanity. Why is a side pony 900 gems? Why is almost normal things 50+ dollars.
But the system has to do better with the saving of data because it’s insane, I’ve played this game since I was 8 and I’m now turning 19 this year. Since I never had a problem all this time because I had the same device, never knew about the game restarting once you redownload it because like I said I’ve had the same device for years, I got a new phone and I thought that everything was going to transfer over but it did not. All that time and effort gone like it was nothing.
I didn’t even think about a user ID, just thought it was random because I was a child at the time, but enough venting.
I’m only giving this game a 1 star due to the fact that my data was restarted, and the fact that everything is expensive. The gameplay is fine and fun but the company (allegedly) has to do better about the constant restarting of the game just because you either redownload it or change devices.

Ads not working!
I love this game, but the ads have been driving me nuts for the past few weeks. They will not work correctly most of the time, and it really annoys me. First time I watch an ad to progress in rewarding fun, it does not even work! So I have to close the quest and open it again and watch ANOTHER AD just to get it to work. And what really bugs me is that sometimes it doesn’t even give you the reward after the ad fails to cooperate! It just loads and loads and loads… then SIKE! You get nothing! PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

У меня список друзей полностью обнулился после обновления. Также нет никаких ивентов. Ничего не грузит. Не знаю, как решить эту проблему

Overpricing.
For this game to be 4+ it sure is expensive. The earning isn't great at all to keep up with the prices of ponies, shops and even decor. A normal side pony should not be 900 gems. How is a child even supposed to play this game? The ads you watch for rewards don't even give you the rewards, the ads you watch to play with the pony's (because that's also super expensive for some stupid reason.) also don't give you the rewards. Say you're watching an ad for a Minecraft for the mini game, yeah you just watched that ad for nothing because it didn't give you the reward. I know this game is very old but come on. You guys can release new things for people to buy with real money but can't make the gameplay a little more fair for the players? Very disappointing.
