Glitches a lot
This game just shuts down in the middle of a hand. You lose your credits and have to start over. A bit scammy if you ask me. Not impressed. Blown off by customer service

This games’ algorithm is so skewed towards the bots it’s so ridiculously unfair. Rework it and you’ll have yourself a decent game worth playing.

Game is dumb and I wouldn’t waste any money on it they want you to spend 8 dollars on ad free their rewards are pointless and they give all the bots the cards they need while they’ll give u the same card that you don’t need for over 3 turns nun like the real card game
Fun game, horrible customer service
If you can get through all the ads, it’s a fun game. But if you have to contact customer service, it’s the worst! When you complain about not receiving a reward, they accuse you on not taking your reward on time when that isn’t the case. It’s very frustrating.
Loved, Until…
I’ve been playing this game for over a year. Loved it. Until today when I opened it and it’s forcing me to login to facebook in order to play. No thank you. Please consider removing this function,l or allow people the choice!

Impossible to Advance
This game rigs you into paying for in-game power ups to further advance otherwise have fun ALWAYS being stuck on the first board level 15. Joke of a game to do this with no hopes of getting further into your progression. Deleting this game pronto unless your group can adjust the win probability from 0% to something reasonable!
Game is Rigged
At level 21, you will play against one bot. This one bot will get plenty of skip cards and almost always has the complete sets and runs right from the beginning. The purpose? To buy diamonds so you can rewind.
Make a paid fair version of the game and I will gladly purchase. I’m not paying every time I need to win/progress. Get this idea out of your head.

Money hungry makers ruin a fun game
The game is super fun when you can actually play it. You can have a max of 50 energy, you get 1 per minute, but it costs 5 per play in the story mode and a total level can take up to 30. Way too many notifications that won’t go away unless you make a purchase and so many ads, at least 2 per round which takes 3-6 rounds to finish a level. Too many pop ups and side games that force you to do a super slow tutorial for. I like the game phase10 but the choice to monetize the app completely ruin the user experience and you spend more time in ads, accidental clicks in intentionally placed popup that’s take you out of the app, and forced side games that have no skip button. Better off finding another card game
This game is rigged
I am sick and tired of using my boosters on a game to not even get a turn. And don’t even get me started on the forced mini games, I get it, there’s mini games, but if I don’t want to click it I shouldn’t have to leave my map to go and finish a whole round of something that I didn’t even care about, especially when I am just trying to enjoy phase 10 on my break, not some stupid match game. This AND Uno mobile! You guys need to take your users comments more seriously, I see more negative reviews on both games than positive. And I agree with them, too!
Decent
My favorite card game of all time in real life. However, needing “energy” to play a hand is actually ridiculous and a sad attempt at a cash grab. Forcing us to plant flowers and feed cats in mini games when all I want to do is play the actual game is incredibly frustrating. Shame.
Clueless game writers
This is not the real phase 10 it’s way too over marketed, full of nonsense, and the jackssases that made this DONT Even know the games rules. Ex. Level 3 you’re allowed to play a card on the other persons hand when they throw down that phase and if you throw down as well; The game doesn’t let you. I also had 0 cards left and it kept letting the pc go and win. It also has imaginary cards which don’t exist irl!! The old app was better this one is doing too much, full of shid, and not even going by the rules! This has been a household game of mine for 3 decades now so to whoever made this- get some culture dipshi!
Don’t recommend
This game is beyond frustrating. The CPU always have the right cards immediately. I can’t get more than one turn in without them winning. With how often the CPU win, the amount of energy it takes to play a game seems unjustified. It’s not fun, I just wanted to play phase 10 and they make it impossible. I don’t recommend downloading unless you want to be rage-baited.
Not worth it
I love Phase 10 so I downloaded this game, and it’s so disappointing. The computer players get a skip card just about every turn. It’s rigged to make you pay for extra amenities. If you don’t pay for the extras, you have to watch ads to get wild cards in order to have a chance at winning. If you haven’t already invested any time or money in this game, just go the other way; don’t do it.
Absolutely Rigged…
I enjoy Phase 10, but this version is the most impossibly rigged game I’ve seen. Rather than being luck of the draw, it’s very much in favor of the app. This game nickel and dimes for everything. Just to play for an extended period of time without purchasing anything else will cost you.

We play games to relax and unwind, not to be so frustrated we want to snap our phones in half - so when these developers admit that they can’t promise every hand will be fair and balanced BELIEVE THEM because approximately 80% of hands are not fair AT ALL.
I loved this game at first. I won some, I lost some, but eventually it becomes very obvious the game is rigged for the bots you’re playing against.
When game after game, the bots win before you can even draw a card (with the same cards on each hand) or you’re about to win a hand and they draw three block cards and three wild cards in a row to go on and win, well that’s just not statistically possible. Some levels you’re even playing against multiple bots who help each other to work against you, it’s insane!
So when all this happens, you end up spending some money for energy (don’t even get me started on how long the energy takes), but that only made the situation worse. It was like once they saw I was willing to spend money I lost twice as many games as before. I just wish they would fix it. I want to relax and enjoy the game without the thoughts of homicide. 🤷🏻♀️

Pay to Win - Change My Mind
I never do this because I get it - companies have to make money. But, I have literally been on LEVEL 14 for a week because the computer keeps giving cards to the NPCs or “magically” gives the EXACT card I need to one of the NPCs. And what happens during the play??? A pop up telling me to pay for star cards.
Love the game, love the graphics (fun and light-hearted), but it’s all ruined by it being structured as a pay-to-play game.

Horrible Game
There are two major issues with this game: The energy system that limits how much you can play without caving into endless micro transactions, and the rigged gameplay, including the fake multiplayer matches that don’t include actual multiplayer gameplay, but with bots that play like real humans that fool simple minded people into thinking they’re playing against real players. The rigging is incorporated to make you lose far more often than statistics paired with basic strategy would otherwise predict so that you continuously have to spend more and more money on additional energy and coins. What a BS game, and it’s a shame this is the only Phase 10 game you can get from the App Store.

I love playing phase ten but I haven’t been able too play because the app has been glitching
Rigged To No End
The game would be fun, but it’s so insanely rigged that that completely goes out the window. Time after time after time the bit players are dealt the exact cards the need to complete the phase, and you draw nothing. At best, the game waits until you need a single card, then the bit opponent goes out. I recently recorded a run of 22 straight games (!!!!) where the bot players played out their phase before I could even draw a single card. They also skip you relentlessly, even if there is no strategic value. Oh, and the only time they discard a card you can use is if it’s not the opponent directly ahead of you. Of course, you can always spend real money to buy wild/skip cards. If you use those at the start of the round, then it seems to be a guaranteed win. So the game truly is pay to win. Not fun, just completely maddening. Wouldn’t recommend if my life depended on it.
Excessive Ads!!!
If you enjoy playing 2 minutes of a game and then spending an hour watching the same commercial ads over and over and over and over and over again then this game is for you!!! Turn the game on watch a commercial. Play one round and want to play another watch a commercial. Oh you won a bonus!!! Just watch 2 more commercials to claim. And it’s the same commercial each time.

Energy
I bought 30 energy with my coins that were in my bank because I had 1 energy left which gave me 31 energy and each game you play it deducts 5. Well I played one game and it took 14 energies which brought me down to 17. Ugh!!
Rotten game
What a rotten cheating game. You are forced to play against 3 other bots that all get miraculous cards and win within several seconds. You the human have to buy wild cards.
Boost NECESSARY
i thought it might've been just bad luck, but after level 14, boosts aren't just for fun. I've played 5 or 6 rounds now that, WITHOUT boosts, I've been on phase 2 with them on phase 5 or so. Not fun unless you're ready to watch ads or spend money. I gave it a fair chance to see if it was bad luck but that as well as the buttons taking a VERY long time to press on the main screen, this game just isn't fun. Coming from someone who plus a ton of cheap ad filled games, this is one of my least favorite.
Awful Force Facebook Sign In
Now whenever I open the app or finish a level and have stars in the chest, it force opens the chest, I have to let it prompt for my Facebook, I reject, and then I can x out. Every 10-15 minutes this happens with no alternate way to turn off the auto open or no way to redeem chest stars without Facebook
Potentially good
This game has potential.. it needs to mimic the real life game. It’s insane how many times on some levels players can lay cards down and get extra turns and win the round.
Bruh
It’s a fun game yeah but it seems the makers have given all the best cards to the computer characters so to win you need to purchase cards and diamonds. It’s a little unfair and it happens every time. How am I supposed to strategically make my moves if the characters are always the ones with the better cards. They’ll get like 4 wildcards or 2 skips while I have nothing to even make a run! BRUH!

I’m on level 30 now and once you get to level 30, you basically can’t win. 😂 The computer starts almost every round and will win before you get your 1st turn. The computer also gets all the good cards. Went out and just brought the actual cards. Deleting this game. Good luck lol
Bittersweet game
The bots are always cheating and working together so one of them can go out and that’s not fair don’t recommend if your a beginner but it’s a fun game

Was fun at first, but now that I am several layers in I have to watch an ad after every single hand. Then can’t get back to Phase 10 have to close down the app with the ad running and then open up face in again. I would not recommend this game.

I don’t mind losing, but when you’re on one level for almost a week it makes the game no longer enjoyable. There’s a fine line between challenging and frustrating, and this game is becoming frustrating. I love a good challenge and I enjoy trying to be better every level, but at this point it’s discouraging and makes me want to rethink all the money I’ve spent and time I’ve put into the game.

Recent update
I loved the game up until recently. They added a new feature where you can undo the computer’s last turn. Every time you’re about to lose a round, it gives you the option to buy this feature. I’ve noticed that ever since adding it, they’ve made it harder to win, likely so you’ll want to buy the feature. If I have to pay to win, I don’t want to play! The games against actual people are still good, but the journey games are terrible now that’s it’s next to impossible to win.

Enough is enough. Deleted the app
The computer ai is so unfairly balanced, it sucks all the fun out of playing the game. You can spend multiple days, using all of your energy each day, and not beat one level. It’s zero fun.
Ads
The app makes you watch ads which is fine but then it doesn’t let you x out the ads at the end. You have to restart the app and then it takes the green coins you need to keep playing. It’s very annoying
