Despite attempting to reach out to the “in game support” was told basically that they couldn’t be at fault and any charge back results in account suspension. Save your time and money. This is a cash grab.

Downloaded this just to leave a review saying that the trailer I saw straight up stole footage from Katana Zero, which is an awesome game. Just shameful copying, for a game that doesn’t play anything like the trailer it stole from

Game crashed
Before I could even get into the game the game crashed and both even on the gameplay when you open the app is crashes right off the bat I wasn’t even able to play it
Don’t spend
So I played this game for over 100 days and had a full team of fully invested meta characters from events. Didn’t miss a single day of log ins or things you could do. First of all the discord just for the most part ignores any questions in the community unless you already know each other. Secondly I asked for a refund for an item that was double charged. Then they auto freeze your account when Apple issues the refund until you repurchase the pack. So then I did so I could have my account back and still haven’t received the refund for the double charged 100 dollar items. Spent hundreds of dollars to not get any explanations as to why or any real support and still locked out of my account and money. Annoyingly frustrated and wish I never wasted the time downloading the game.
Terrible customer support
This is like most gacha games, made for wallet warriors if you don’t want to be even mid-tier. I don’t mind this as the game play is actually pretty solid. What I have a problem with is their terrible support and generic AI generated responses to problems. I had a glitch cause a second charge to my card that was a one time purchase, double purchasing wasn’t even possible. I didn’t receive a second award for obvious reasons, so they told me to apple refund the second charge. They then locked my account and are forcing me to repurchase the reward to play again, what a scam!
Actually just one meta comp
If you want a game where your end goal is to have the same 6-7 characters as everyone else and hope you are able to buy more copies than they are, then go right ahead and waste your time/money. To me, that was very boring. There are no options or alternatives, there is only the steepest power creep out of any game I’ve ever played.

Good looking disappointment
Pixel Hero’s tries to be an idle gacha game, but it’s far from idle. While the art is fun and the gameplay has potential, there’s just too much clicking required to claim rewards, making it feel more like a chore. On top of that, you’re constantly bombarded with ads and pay prompts every time you interact with something. It takes away from what could have been a smooth, casual experience. If you’re looking for a true idle game, this one might be more frustrating than fun.

Disgusting
Like the title says, It’s “Disgusting “. It’s unbearable, I’ve seen an ad of the game but do you what to know what the game play they were showing? Katana zero, which is a fantastic game I recommend you try. And it’s a game where you don’t even get to do anything, so why even bother. But Don’t download it! 0 stars would not recommend.
False advertising
This is the worst game I have ever played! Customer support still hasn’t replied to 5 different tickets after 9 months. None of the game play you see in YouTube ads are real. It’s extremely repetitive. Extremely boring! If it weren’t for the guild mates I had.. I would have quit a long time ago. Everything you type in the chat is censored ! Literally can’t even spell assignment ! It’s a communist game made in a communist country. Unless you feel like doing the exact same thing everyday all day and spending thousands of dollars to keep up with the newest gear… “ the game doesn’t get better.. they just keep releasing gear that you have to buy while you do the same content everyday “ the worst part has been the support team though. They don’t want to fix any of the bugs and never acknowledge you when you message them about an issue so if you spend money on something and it’s messed up… your out of luck because they’re never going to respond or fix it. I’d advise everyone stay far away from this “ game “
Ripping off other games in ad
Got an ad from this game an saw how cool it looked until I realized, that they just took game play from a game called katana zero and put their characters in it with the game mechanics the same as katana zero ripping off the hard work that the studio put in that game with there on.

Slow, expensive and repetitive
It’s one of those grind for years or pay for some nice char or extra credit. Don’t bother.

There’s no way people are giving this game 5 stars, you genuinely get a micro transaction pop up after everything you do. Don’t plan on progressing in this game unless you plan on dumping your wallet.

Chat is filled with overt racism. Demeaning Black people, immigrants, threats of sexual violence. There are guilds named after hate groups. I used the word “they” when referring to a person and chat went nuts saying “woke leftist trash”…racial and sexual slurs etc. Reporting does nothing. You can “ignore” players…but it’s a large part of the fan base.
Can’t play anymore
I made a purchase cause I wanted to support the game but as soon as I bought something the app crashed and no matter how many times I delete and re installed it won’t open again so I guess I have to give up on this game
Good but a problem
Very fun game I play the game constantly and I’ve spent a bunch of money on this game and it’s addicting, but after spending 30 dollars on a pack it did not give me my rewards, after a while i exited the app and tried to log back in but it just kicks me out and I’m not able to play the game. I’ve even tried deleting it and redownloading it again. Please help I’ve spent a lot of money. Username is Slayde.

Only problem is in the story tab all my characters follow this dude around it’s so annoying, I don’t even have the character. I just wanted to be and to choose one of the chicks as the my main character.
And the fact you can’t get a resign after the event has ended is so lame, I was feeling terrible and couldn’t log in and I couldn't get a resign for the thing I had been logging in basically a whole month for because the event ended 20 minutes before I logged in again. And I was completing the daily activations but wasn’t getting resigns either way. Unfortunately killed any motivation for this game seening as I won’t be able to get that ever again

Incredibly Greedy Idle Game
This is one of those idle gachas that's more of a paid package and pop-ups simulator than a game. Very low effort content, limited event characters purposefully gated from f2p and dolphins, heavy monetization and VIP system. Only thing working is the art, which is ok.

Would rate better if these two mechanics were in.
-Main issue I have is if you want to rollback a 9 star hero (for example) you have to spend $20 per 9 star you want to rollback. They need to implement a way to get Trace Crystal Stones like how you can get Trace Ore without having to spend money. Very stupid.
-Rates are rough you get a 5 star mostly every time but it’s always food heroes, and never light and dark.

Major cash grab
The push to pay is pretty excessive throughout the game. It appears to be a huge predatory cash grab that preys on those with gambling addictions. I tried 2 different servers and noticed I got exactly the same pulls I did on the previous server, in the exact same order, so I don't think the gacha is even random. The game is fun but the way they chose to monetize this game is gross.
It is a 95% pay to win game.
I dont recommend anyone start playing this game, unless they are willing to at least dump 200$ - 300$ a week into it. You will never catch up to the Pay-to-win players and you will just be a beat down clown for them.
I love the game but avoid it at all costs.
The game, just like every other gotcha game is pay to win. You COULD spend the $10,000 on this game to be able to have some fun, OR you can take that time and money and invest in something worth it. If you do plan on playing , play the first month and then move to another game. That is about the time before you start getting dominated by 80%+ of the community who spend minimum 100-200$ a week.
Fun game but sexualized characters
This game is really fun but a lot of the characters outfits are heavily sexual, like one of the characters you start with have only two pieces of fabric covering almost nothing.
Looks wonderful, EXCEPT the boring main character your forced to play as
Why have such a beautiful artsyle and character design and then saddle your players with playing as the generic boring blond haired swordsman. There are so many better options for design literally in the first cutscene even but not only are you forced to play as a boring character your also forced to play as a guy, with a choice for your NAME but not for something as simple as male or female character???
