Don’t use
This customer service is garbage and the business is predatory. They don’t even have a contact number and will continue to charge you even when you cancel.

Remember to Cancel Your Recurring Subscription - Not Legally Required to Warn In Some States
In some locations, it’s not legally required for an app company to alert you when your recurring payment is coming due since they are not providing a physical service - they can hide behind the fact that they provide software. Where I live, there is a bill going through the approval process to close this loophole, but it’s not yet law. I tried to get a refund a day after my subscription renewed when I noticed the pending charge on my credit card. I thought this would be easy as I had a good experience with this in the past the one time I’ve had to deal with other app’s auto renewals. However, Pliability instead continued to use the fact that the current law doesn’t cover their app and the new bill hasn’t gone into law yet rather than just refunding me. Is this legally correct? Sure. Is it good customer service? No. In fact, it feels like pretty sleazy business practice to me.
Terrible customer service
The app is not what I am looking for as far as functionality. I thought I had canceled my free trial and there was no notice of an upcoming charge in my App Store account. I haven’t used the app since the initial free period. After months membership I was charged for a full year and immediately contacted customer support to cancel the membership and ask for a refund. They are refusing to refund me so I am working with my bank to receive a refund.
Zero Star (read the fine print)
If I could give zero stars I would, solely based on the refund policy and customer service. The company does not offer refunds and digging though the refund policy/contract that is signed, the company (based on your state) must give you an email within 35 days before renewal. I live in a state where it is law that the company must give you an email notifying you of the renewal. I emailed customer service about this to get a refund because I no longer wanted to use the service, the representative randomly said a state and said I lived there. I corrected them notifying them of my actual state of residence, and then the representative said that the state does not require a notification email of renewal services. A two second search showed that they were wrong and the state does require a written notification before renewal.
The company needs a refund policy, not refunding someone the same day the were charged is crazy!!. If I could write a review without giving stars I would. Customer service is everything and for that reason I am giving the app/company ZERO stars!!
I attempted to find a number to actually speak to a person and all I could do is find an email to the customer service department. I strongly recommend reading through everything and making sure if you cancel your service send a request via email and verify they cancel your account.

Too much clutter
Your app used to be really good because it was simple and straight to the point for mobility work. Now it feels like you’re doing way too much. There are random workout plans mixed into what’s supposed to be a stretching and mobility app.
I don’t want workout programs. I only want mobility guidance. It feels like the app is constantly trying to push extra features and workouts in my face, and now it’s overwhelming, confusing, and harder to navigate. I can’t easily find the mobility content I originally paid for anymore.
I pay for this app specifically for mobility. I already have my lifting routine dialed in. I already have my cardio routine set up. The only reason I subscribed was to have guided mobility work. That should remain the main focus.
Please simplify the experience and make mobility easier to access again instead of burying it under unrelated workout content.
Why hyrox is even in the app blows my mind.
I updated my review to 1 star. You guys made it even worse
At this point, just rename the app

Poor customer support
Still was charged even though I canceled my free trial. YouTube videos provide the same service for free
Mobility test is a joke
My husband and I tried to get the mobility test to work for over a half hour. My phone and software should work with it, tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
Not worth it!
This app is convoluted at best and difficult to navigate. ALSO, their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. No live phone support. Only AI and chat. I clicked the wrong button on sign up and they unwilling to move me from annual to monthly membership as a paying member! Wild. Buyer beware on this one.
Renewal
I was looking to cancel my membership and they offered 50% off the yearly price. I accepted that but was still charged the full yearly cost. They would not refund. Very deceitful.
Worst Experience Ever
I would give 0 stars if possible. The onboarding is horrible and forces you to go to website which tries to milk you for an email. If you choose the Apple login option it fails to create you an account. Deleted!
Awful
I had a very disappointing experience with Pliability. I originally signed up for a 6-month subscription, but after realizing I wasn’t using the app, I deleted it-assuming that meant my subscription was canceled.
Unfortunately, I was charged again for another 6 months without any warning. When I reached out to customer service, I explained the situation clearly and requested a refund since I had not been using the app and had no intention of continuing. They refused to issue any refund.
This feels extremely misleading. Many users reasonably assume that deleting an app cancels the service, or at the very least expect a renewal reminder before being charged again. The lack of flexibility or understanding from their support team was frustrating and disappointing.
Be very careful when signing up-make sure you manually cancel your subscription, because simply deleting the app is not enough, and they will not work with you if you’re charged unexpectedly.

Poor customer service. App focuses on aesthetic and not quality
I rarely write reviews, but this experience deserves one.
I canceled my annual subscription to the Pliability app last year because I wasn’t using it. Like most people, when I click “cancel,” I expect that to mean cancel. Instead, they designed the process with multiple prompts-asking you 3-4 times if you’re sure, offering discounts, and then giving you options that aren’t clearly explained. Apparently, I selected “cancel at period end” instead of “immediately,” which kept the subscription active and allowed it to auto-renew.
Now they’ve charged me again for a service I haven’t used in months-and their response? “All subscriptions are non-refundable.”
That’s not just frustrating-it feels intentionally misleading. If a customer is actively trying to cancel, the system should make that clear and simple, not bury critical differences behind multiple screens and retention tactics designed to trip people up.
And honestly, part of the reason I canceled in the first place is because the app itself didn’t deliver much value. It seems heavily focused on aesthetics and presentation rather than the quality and depth of the programming. It might be fine for beginners, but if you’re actually trying to progress, there’s very little detail, guidance, or nuance in the exercises.
Between the aggressive “are you sure?” prompts, the discount offers, the unclear cancellation options, and a product that lacks depth, the whole experience comes across as more focused on retaining subscriptions than providing real value.
Be very careful if you’re thinking about signing up. And if you do, triple-check exactly how you cancel-because it’s not as straightforward as it should be.

Thieves
Not refunding people for auto renewal is a joke. This is the only app that I’ve ever come across that doesn’t. It’s been 3 days since the charge, and it’s $180. It is predatory and should not be allowed in the App Store.
Beware Billing Practices
As others have stated the billing practices are abusive and opportunistic. I signed up and paid for a year in 2025. The program just did not work for me. Without any advance notice my subscription was automatically renewed (I had no intention of renewing). When I requested a refund and cancellation they responded with their “no refund policy”.
I would not recommend doing business with this type of organization.

App is decent, customer service not
Tried to cancel a trial through email, Pliability replies later and says it’s too late to cancel or switch to monthly billing. Poor customer service to try and rectify a simple issue.
Avoid
Terrible content, underhanded billing practices
Beware of Inflexible Refund Policy
I canceled my “free 7 day trial period” minutes after the charge appeared on my card. They offered to reduce the subscription by 50% just to keep my subscription. They did allow me to cancel but without a refund. Buyer beware. They seems to want to grab your money and not deliver fitness.
Why app to website to sign up 👎
Always skeptical when you’re directed from the app to a website to sign up. No thank you 👎
Dissatisfied
I never used this product or even downloaded the app. While researching, I backed out-but was still enrolled in a $19/month charge. I had to download the app just to cancel. The “free trial” is misleading. Be careful-this feels like a trap.
Trash

$180 a year for static stretching
Can’t believe how expensive this is for a collection of routines that just give you 3-4 stretches and tell you to hold each stretch for 2-3 minutes. I know stretching is part of improving mobility, but I really thought there would be more flow/active recovery workouts. The interface is decent and the videos are professional, but there’s nothing in this app you couldn’t get by googling: “lower body stretches”. I’m disappointed I didn’t cancel in time and now I’m out $180 for the year!
Would like to update my review to one star after reaching out to customer service like they suggested, only to communicate with an AI bot who wasn’t helpful at all. This isn’t mobility and it’s not worth the month. Beware.

Watch your payment methods
I canceled the subscription immediately after signing up for the trail period. Unfortunately their online payment system evidently doesn’t communicate effectively with their customer portal as I have now been charged after cancellation.
Additionally there isn’t any support available right after they took my unauthorized payment. How convenient.
Carpe Diem.

Deceptive Subscription Renewal
Tried the free trial, didn't like the app much. Used it less than a day or two. Forgot to cancel, and the app sent me no reminders or notifications about renewal until they charged me $20 a month later after I had forgotten I'd even tried the app. Refused any refunds. I hate apps that prey on the forgetfulness of people instead of relying on producing a good service.
Scammy billing, be aware!
This app has very sketchy billing practices.
First of all, the payment avoids App Store and forces you to login through their website to manage payments. I’m assuming because they want to avoid Apple’s cut of the payment.
Second of all. They have a broken API for subscription cancellations. I was previously subscribed annually. I cancelled my subscription, which I am sure of. I did not receive an email or any notifications. Few months later I’m still charged for the subscription. I emailed customer service a day later about the charge, asking for a refund. I showed them proof that their API wasn’t working as expected and that I haven’t used their app for half a year. They refused to refund. Even if it wasn’t a broken API, they could at least refund someone for one day late on the cancellation. Customer service was also extremely rude.

Company Keeps Your Money with Sneaky Auto-Billing
I was charged for an annual plan renewal without any prior reminder or notification. The plan renewed just 10 days ago, yet the company refused to issue a refund even though I have not used the service. Their lack of renewal notice and rigid no-refund policy feels deceptive and not customer-friendly. Beware of these practices before signing up.
Fraudulent company
They don’t let you cancel. Errors pop up on the page, then they charge you the full amount. No receipt. No emails. Total fraud. No customer service. Do not give these people your credit card number. You will regret it.
Predatory Practices and Poor Product Quality
I would not recommend this product or company. After a free trial, my
subscription was automatically renewed without any notification, and when I reached out the same day to request a refund, customer support refused to escalate the matter and simply sent me a generic article stating they were not responsible. This practice feels predatory and designed to generate revenue from unsuspecting customers rather than from the value of the product itself.
As for the product, it is underwhelming. Most of the stretches can be easily found online, the videos are unnecessarily slow and inefficient, and the overall platform lacks substance. It feels like a poorly made product that does not justify a paid subscription.
Overall, disappointing service, questionable business practices, and a product not worth the cost.

*** SCAM ALERT ***
THESE PEOPLE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! DO NOT GET THIS APP!!! HORRIBLE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD NOT FOR MONTH SUBSCRIPTION BUT FOR A WHOLE YEAR WHICH IS ALMOST $180!!! ONCE THAT HAPPENS YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK. YOU WILL NEVER SEE THAT MONEY AGAIN!!! I HOPE KARMA STRIKES THIS COMPANY AND THOSE WHO RUN THIS COMPANY WITH A VENGEANCE!!!
Terrible customer service
I didn’t realize my trial ended and I got billed. They don’t send you any reminders that your trial is about to end. They refuse to give a refund and aren’t willing to make an exception because then they’d have to make one for everyone.
The poses get harder as you go on
I’ve been using Pliability for year. I liked it when I first started, but the longer you use it, the harder the poses get. I’m now at the point where some of the poses are too difficult (like Dolphin pose). I’m in my sixties. There should be a way to reset the difficulty back to the beginning, but Pliability support said that is not an option. This is an improvement you should consider.
Waste of money/horrible customer service
I would highly advise everyone to stay AWAY from this app. You can find pretty much all of the routines they have you do on here through YouTube. With much better instruction/format. The Recover Athletics is much better and also integrates with Strava. They also make it intentionally difficult for you to cancel by forcing you to do it through a web browser and subjecting you to 5 pages of prompts designed to guilt you out of canceling. In the event that you don’t receive a cancellation email when you do cancel, a customer service rep named Seth (or some other generic name) will gaslight you and tell you that you didn’t cancel and refuse to give you a refund. Pliability is a shady and deceptive business repackaging free & accessible mobility & yoga routines from fitness influencers and at a price of $19.99. I feel your money is best spent elsewhere.
Bad customerservice
I was charged for a subscription right after the free trial ended without any reminder, and when I reached out for a refund-having not used the app at all since the renewal-I was told by a customer representative that nothing could be done. Her responses were robotic and dismissive, hiding behind policy rather than actually helping. The refusal to offer a refund despite clear evidence that I didn’t intend to continue feels unfair and unprofessional. If this is how they treat customers, I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. Be warned: they make cancellation difficult and offer no flexibility or grace, even for honest mistakes.
Sad customer
Tried to request a refund one day after renewal and it was not granted. While I understand the policy I don’t understand the 0 grace. I’ve had similar requests shortly after a new billing cycle and I believe they’ve all been granted.
Be careful
If you plan on doing the free trial they are offering please note that they do not give refunds. That trial period is not only a way to demo the app but a way to get 20$ from you even if you cancel the service a second from your expired time. Shady way to do business.
Account Creation
The app is stuck while I make new account. Deleted and reinstalled, still can’t make an account. Sign in with doesn’t work too.
Bad policies
Wouldn’t give me a refund for annual subscription 11 days after charge. I haven’t used the service in a year. Look at all the other bad reviews
SCAM APP
DO NOT DOWNLOAD. It forces you to sign up for the free trial then will not email you when you are charged, even if you delete the app. It doesn’t show up in your settings and subscriptions under the Apple Store. I tried to get a refund on the same day I was charged and they said no. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SCAM.
Unethical
I’ve never complained about an app but felt a need to speak up here. Unethical business practice of not informing users of upcoming auto renewal or notifying promptly afterwards. Had I subscribed through Apple, that would have been addressed. Instead, tried to do the developer a favor by subscribing directly through website and as a result get so badly treated. No satisfactory response by customer service.
Use caution
This app does not comply with one click cancellation laws. They also do not notify you of account charges. Customer service is extremely unhelpful in fixing these charges that were unauthorized.

Hi there! No mention of notifying account charges. Not super easy

Garbage app, garbage company
SCAMMED
Was just looking for a good app to help improve lower body flexibility. Pliability popped up on Facebook but I couldn’t test it without signing up for the one week trial and providing my credit card info. Signed up, subsequently tested and was dissapointed. Not nearly enough exercises focused on improving flexibility - especially as it relates to sports. Found cheaper and free versions online that I deem much better.
Pliability promptly charged me as soon as the trial period ended. Within minutes of the charge going through, I wrote them that I wanted to cancel but apparently once the charge goes through, their policy does not allow for a refund even if I did not use the service for a single minute. Some companies put the customer first; others simply chase the money.
Guessing there are other customers who will be in the same predicament. I beg you to try other services first before providing your credit card info here. Pliability proved to me that they will put their wallets above their customers. Help me prove why this is a mistake.
So I got the developers response simply stating that they have an internal policy and they cannot make an exception for one customer without doing the same for all. First, yes you can; it’s an internal policy. Second, you should not rip off ANY of your customers and should do right by ALL of your customers.
Please join me in giving Pliability a proper one star review here and everywhere else you can find online. Just another scam. Get people to sign up and hope some percentage doesn’t proactively cancel on time.
Ironically, I started reading some of the other reviews and see many like mine. SCAM!!

Over charged
On February 1st I downloaded the app under the 7 day trial. After about 2-3 days I realized the app wasn’t for me, and promptly went to my app subscriptions and cancelled, as to not be charged after the trial. This is something that I am extremely cautious about when testing apps, as it makes for a bad situation for both the user and the company if someone forgets to cancel. Fast forward to March 14, well past any 7 day trial period and I just received a charge for $179.95. I immediately went to my subscriptions, and then checked my phone and tablet purchases, and the app is no where to be found. It’s not listed as a subscription, and it’s not listed as a charge. So how am I getting a charge almost 45 days later, on something I cancelled, and there is no record of it anywhere that there is records for app purchases?
I have tried to email to get this situation figured out, but I am not confident in a reply.

Impossible to cancel
App is great… until you try to cancel. On three separate occasions, I’ve tried to cancel and they keep charging me. Now I can’t even login to the account. Customer service is giving me the runaround claiming it’s an issue that I have to resolve with Apple despite the charge coming directly from Pliability.
Total scam.
Total scam.
STAY AWAY
This app was not useful and if you accidentally miss canceling the free trail before the auto-renew then you are out on your money. The customer service is horrendous. Pick an app where you have the confidence that there are real humans willing to look after others.
UPDATE: To respond to the developers response. Their “happy to help” response is fraudulent. I reached out to the their “customer service” and was stonewalled. Do not trust this app! They will not take any mercy on you. The value the app brings is very minimal, and the risk is too high.

Con outfit
I tried to cancel the two week trial as I did want a subscription. Looked on line for instructions and tried to follow those on Pliability’s website. Their website does not correspond with their online instructions so could not find the location to cancel. Sent mail on their help portion of their website saying I wanted to cancel the trial and subscription. Five days later they billed my credit card anyway. Now disputing the charges but companies are still often are able to refute and get the money. Just beware.
Cancelled Subscription
Free trial is a scam to gyp you out of subscription fee. I cancelled the same day that the trial was up and was charged 19.99 and they do not issue refunds. App is not worth the space it took up on my phone.
Unfortunate customer service
Somehow accidentally signed up for this almost a year ago and wish I would have used it but couldnt justify the spend because I was out of work. Fast forward to today and was shocked to see the active payments, tried to get a refund which I expected as is typical and was completely stonewalled. Not a single month refunded & app was never used sadly. To YouTube I go (first review for app ever)
$15 minimum per month
Sadly, another app with an unreal subscription price. Maybe the market is so niche for stretching apps that they are forced to charge this, but I doubt it.
Garbage
What kind of app takes you to an external website to create your account? Can you please join us in the 21st century, Pliability? Not going to go to an external website to use an app. That's what the app is actually for. Get with it.
