I got banned for no absolute reason. I don’t haven’t done any inappropriate thing or like anything at all. All I did was talk to my friends post snaps post stories and now I’m banned. I don’t know why I’m permanently banned.

filters should not require an additional charge if you already have snapchat plus. it didn’t used to and now it does, ridiculous. and for example, simple things like enhance now charge. fix this

Being that this app is 10+ years old and literally fell off from everyone's platform I find it extremely funny and straight up ridiculous they're making people pay for everything including their own memories.

I’ve had Snapchat for years and now we are being charged to do what it was made to do. I will absolutely delete the app vs having to pay forever to keep it. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Too much clutter
I had Snapchat back in 2016, I deleted it because it was taken over by spambots. Recently I brought it back because there are a few creators I wanted to follow, but now there’s just so much clutter I can’t even find the stories of the people I willfully follow. Why does Snapchat feel the need to shove 20 strangers down my throat? I say hide content on all 20, 20 more pop up. The discover section is an absolute nightmare. The people I follow is a tiny little section, the discover section takes up at 2/3 of the page. I genuinely do not care about any of these people. I only want to see the people I follow. It was a mistake to redownload the app.

Since having to pay for Snapchat+ or the premium plan Snapchat has went down hill majorly it’s overpriced and everytime they decide to change it it just makes it more things we have to pay for if we want to use it I already pay for plus but i don’t have a “high enough plan” to use over half of the things I should be able to

Now you must pay for storage? Absolutely WHY? I did not update my app because I found out of this, now I have a new phone & the updates came with it. Very disappointed.
Money hungry corporation ruins own app
Been a user since 2013 and throughout the years I’ve seen a rapid decline in the quality of the app. Although I found it super annoying I was willing to deal with adds in between of separate stories, but now sending me snaps that are just ads for random junk games or products I don’t have any interest in? It’s ridiculous at minimum. BUT CHARGING $14.99 TO USE SNAPCHAT AD FREE IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Snapchat, I hate you and everything you’ve become, I hate you more and more with every ad you snap me.

I don’t like the some of the videos they made my cry 😭 the most annoying thing is I don’t wanna get the lens thing. I have to pay for everything and there’s too many freaking ads. I really don’t like the games they have. It’s so stupid. Please help me. I don’t like this at all because some of the videos even curse in it, I don’t like it. and the other thing is that it loads too much it loaded for like 10 hours even like more.

Snapchat is an app full of glitches,it logs you out of your account,it reduces your views most of the time and there are a lot of things their team/engineers need to fix. Anyways I hope they do better

I hope you like ads. With modern Snapchat that is 90% of the product. Even when I got their asinine paid subscription (because they held my 15 years of Snapchat memories hostage to it) I still got ads. They are invasive too. Some of them appear in your chats tab and are disguised to look like a message from your friends/mutuals. I got tired of the constant pointless BS team Snapchat would clutter my feed with so I blocked them, then they randomly UNBLOCKED THEMSELVES and took away the ability to block them (they never send anything important or useful). Want to watch something on the discover page?(which for the record I wish I could just remove from my UI) Forget it. You get a 5-10 second unskippable ad every 30-40 seconds at least. Used to be my favorite communication app 👎
Update
Even with the updates and now that I’m paying for this app. It lags a lot when I’m trying to watch a story, and I have a newer iPhone. This app sucks, I’m paying money for nothing. And don’t delete this review, look at the truth!
Every time I make a new Snapchat it bans my acct bc someone hacks me this it dumb
