I just used 32 social points for the new pram boxes for a six pack, and got the pram, but none of the items appeared in my inventory and the points are gone.

Poor optimization
Been enjoying playing for years but with the last update the app crashes on startup every time. I’ve reinstalled and updated my ios and this app, along with every other potential solution. Support has been absolutely no help.
Not for ipad
False advertising! This game is not the same as what we play on console. Some task take 24 hours before you are able to play with said sim 0 stars

Quest progress logged out
I play on both my iPad and iPhone I finished the Love & Treasure and now I was doing the Nanny Quest on my iPad but when I opened the game and used iCloud it loaded ab older save and wiped my progress. Now Both my local and cloud saves are stuck with the quest locked again and there is no way to get my finished progress back please fit the iCloud sync so it doesn’t overwrite newer saves like this and give players a way to restore old progress. And what’s the point of having sims freeplay on two devices if clicking one wrong iCloud option sends you back to the old save instead of keeping your new progress? There should be a safer way to sync without losing work.
Money hungry app
Everything is money money in order to play the game properly; everything is overpriced for small furniture, small actions, hobby accessories, to step up a level. A one-minute action will cost you life points, which is real money you have to pay for before you can run ads to end quicker tasks, but not anymore. To earn life points, simoleons for the game you have to spend real money in order to get towards a one goal task that is demanding like $800,00 to move to the next level to compete. It’s not worth downloading; there are other games for the convenience of what you’re playing and paying. I don’t mind supporting games but when it comes to overcharging for everything is just greedy. As the game clearly says “FreePlay,” which is very false advertising, especially with not offering to watch ads in place of life points.
CRASHING AND CANT OPEN
Every time I’m checking on my sims the app crashes and kicks me out of the game. I go back in and keeps doing it. PLEASE FIX. App is up-to-date & so is my iPad . I have plenty of storage so it’s not that.
Won’t load
Game won't even load, taking too long, don't even bother. I have bigger games on this phone that don't take half as long.
Life Point
I have a few issues with this game and this new update is the first one. One it forced me to update because it kept glitching and canceling my actions. Which was infuriating because I was trying to complete a quest and it kept canceling my sims actions and I had to start again the action again which was 17 hours. And then the worst update yet is the removal of lifepoints with the ads. Why would you remove something like that? I’ve been playing for years and that was so helpful to finish tasks faster. I’m really considering deleting my account because the removal was so uncalled for and the new graphics and coloring are so awful and tacky.
I can't log into the game anymore
I can't enter the game... it's stuck on downloading from the cloud and has been stuck for 2 days.
New Update Crashes the App!
They force you to update the app and then all of to your progress goes down the tubes because the new update will not load and crashes every time I try to open it I’ve even deleted the app reloaded the app several times and it still crashed. Not cool

She wanted to become an architect after playing and that is simply amazing for her. She got diagnosed with stage 10 stupidity. DONT PLAY IF YOU LOVE YOUR CHILDREN!!!
This Game is not the Sims
Where do I begin this game? Absolutely sucks. The fact that it has ridiculous. Real life. Wait times for activities is insanity. One of the objectives that they gave is to have a conversation with someone the conversation last five hours. This is not five hours of time this is five real life human hours. The game is almost impossible to play. It is a waste of your time and there is no way to fast forward the time so you end up spending hours trying to complete missions and objectives that literally are useless. This game does not reflect the real sins and is a phony.
Entire game deleted
I played the game for 10+ years. Have never had a login issue until recently. When I got into my account, it was deleted and forced me to start over. Hundreds of dollars wasted. I’m furious.
Houses
Why do we have to pay for houses that we’ve earned after playing and finishing Event Quest. This game has gotten wires with each update. That is sad.

04/21/2026: I’m sincerely getting sick of EA & their crashing. Just downloaded new update & can’t even open the app now. Even rebooted & no difference. Your QA sucks. Oh, & it’s crashing trying to load one of your stupid, interminable splash screens.
04/12/2026: Since the last update, the app has been CONSTANTLY crashing. If you read through my past comments, as well as from others, you will see that this is a persistent & consistent problem. I spent my career in IT & I have a very hard time understanding why EA doesn’t solve this problem. Inexcusable. They are either not capable enough or unwilling. And when it crashes, it wipes out your progress. Very annoying and NOT FUN, which is the principal reason I play this game. Lowering to 2 stars for the simple reason they can’t get their act together.
10/15/2025: I play this game because it’s fun & pretty well implemented. That said, I absolutely HATE the changes to earning Mystery Box keys because you can no longer skip a step by paying LPs. Plus, there appears to be VERY little variety in tasks-a LOT of Community Center. Not worth it any more.
10/28/2023: The previous crashing problems have been resolved & this is a fun game, so increased to 4 stars. However, buggy off & on, & sometimes takes months before fixing something that used to work fine but broke in an update, e.g., horse vaulting rider showing just the eyeballs when riding, so doesn’t rate 5 stars. Latest glitch is wit the chocolate event they’re advertising in App Store. Prize for getting all items is pair of outfits, 1 male & 1 female. Game banner says I won both, but only the male OR female outfits are awarded. This has happened 3 times! Highly disappointing! Another reason it’s only 4 stars.

This is a great game but not worth the hassle esp. if lose resources you pay real $$$ to buy. 04/24/2023: The app keeps crashing recently for no apparent reason except that it seems to coincide with latest update. In the last 2 days alone, I have tried to bake 6 birthday cakes & EVERY SINGLE TIME the app has crashed & it wipes it all away & I lose the LPs I spent on it. That’s a total of 30 LPs FOR NOTHING!!!!! Today I was finally 2 hours away & lost it all again. I have an iPad 9th gen with latest software so it’s not me. FIX THE BUG!!!! Otherwise, very fun app.

Just why
I’m not a developer so I’m not going to sit here and say changing a core part of your game is easy. But it’s also EA, not a single person or small team working day and night on a project. So why I’m confused is why in 2026 do the sims mobile still look like this? They’re the ugliest avatars I’ve seen and not even ugly as a stylistic choice but just ugly. We can afford a larger download to improve upon the game. The character creation is something we all love on every other sims game I’m just not sure what happened here. My first review of these ugly sims was in 2020 and 6 years later they’re still an abomination.

Unable to play game
I just did a software update and now when I go into the game I can’t even play it. Will load and get it, but if I click to visit sims I get knocked out of game.
A joke
I was genuinely excited for the game till I started playing. Less than 5 min of total play time and it’s very apparent watch ads, possibly paid to skip or it’s essentially unplayable due to wait times.
Hate it
Would like to have customizable body types and better clothing and better faces. And I would also like to speed up time like on sims 4. It takes forever to do anything.
The new game
So, I started playing the new game that you had. I won the first round and didn’t mind spending the simolions to win. What got me was you now want me to spend MY REAL money to win at this game. So I guess I’m done. It was fun while it lasted
Remove time limits
Thats okay but remove time limits on doing things. Time has change and this game should also. Paying for some of the items I okay but buying gems and what not for in game money an to skip quests is no fun. Make this game like the rest of the Sims no time limit. No fun.
Crashing as of 26.4 update.
I installed the 26.4 update last night and now this app constantly crashes making the game unplayable. I am playing on a 9th generation iPad. The game was playing fine prior to this update.

DISAPPOINTING
I used to love this game. But between the ridiculous wait times for stuff and the cost of everything in game and the cost of repetitive packs is disgraceful. You can’t claim to be a free game but charge outrageous prices just for someone to be able to move on in the game. You can’t complete quests unless you set up alarms which is unrealistic with people who work full time jobs.
No good hair options
Theres hardly non-textured/curly hair options. Theres like 3 hairs for females that aren’t braids/dreads/curls and ones a bun, ones an ugly wave and ones a bob. I love inclusiveness but theres not even good options now. The CAS is just not great.

It’s okay but it needs a lot of improvements such as the features that you can make your sims do, the clothes, the walk, A LOT because it’s really not even like the sims 4… so please update it

It’s kind of bad😢
I went into the game thinking it was a cute little game where I could make characters but it’s not! The graphics are not great, there isn’t much customization, and I feel a little ripped off.
Real sims is better
Not a lot of character creator items and can’t add more than one sim, which causes no kids

I’ve been a Sims player since I was younger. This game will always be a fave. Now this FreePlay idk I have mixed feelings. The quest takes hours to complete unless you buy diamonds to make them complete tasks quicker. Everything cost money or diamonds. So it’s ehh for me cause it wasn’t like that before. But still enjoy playing cause I’m a fan.
Scam?
I’ve been enjoying this game a lot, but I just paid for LP and never received what I purchased so that’s pretty upsetting. I would like to trust that my money isn’t being taken for no reason, other than that it’s pretty fun to play :/
Fix bugs
I have been trying to play my sims for the last week and half of the time I can’t even get the game to fully load before it closes out, or it closes out less than 5 minutes into opening the app. I’ve loved this game for years but here lately it’s been incredibly laggy and buggy.
