Coins disappearing??
It’s happened multiple times now that when I log off the game my coins will reset to zero when I come back. It is so frustrating when the system is so inconsistent during gameplay and you find yourself out of coins every 2 games. On top of that, the coins you do earn end up lost in the nether somewhere. It’s weird and has never been like that until recently. Please fix it.

The reason I HATE this game is because when I play classic or go wild mode I just keep losing! That’s why I HATE UNO!

This game sucks bc you can have 100,000 coins & lose it in 5 games. The game is rigged BY FAR! Every player can get a draw 4 except for u & once one player throws one out you lose the game bc u cant overcome that big of a deficit. Once u lose 1 game you will go on a losing streak for sure, you will come in last or 3rd place for 10 straight games & lose all your coins. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Awful and borderline unlawful purchase driven algorithm. Terrible long ads (45+ secs) for scraps. System makes for unfair gameplay.

I would love the game if it didn’t have so many popups, i paid to get rid of the ads but there’s still in game popups constantly and after every game, matter of fact multiple after one another after every game, telling me to buy a deal or do that, its insufferable
Fun but rigged game
This game is lots of fun but unfortunately the customer service is absolutely terrible. The game is rigged to squeeze more money. They offer worse rewards to players who spent more money and after multiple nonsense excuses from customer service they never offer a fair solution. Their argument was that they test multiple versions. But when players are forced to play higher limits to obtain the same rewards i believe that’s just an unfair disadvantage

Cheaters
Need more punishment. When playing for coins and the others cheat it is disappointing to see that only one team member has to draw more cards. If they play a draw 4 and lose the challenge I think the person challenged should draw four and their partner should draw the other two. Cheating on makes the game less fun and allows the other team to lose. If the challenge is lost the color they called should remain as it was before the draw 4 was played. I would rather not play the game if you continue to allow the cheating. This would detour the cheating. I have paid money for coins just to be lost to cheaters. Does not make the game fun at all when bot people on the team is not punished. It isn’t fair.
Algorithm is designed to make you lose and pay for coins
Honestly, I’ve played long enough to understand the algorithm and this game is designed to make you lose and have to spend coins. You will definitely lose way more than you win, get terrible cards, and the bots next to you will somehow always have the perfect alignment of cards to give you 3 +4s in a row. Honestly, just play uno on iMessage games or in person with friends. You will have a much better experience

If I spend money to get coins and lose 13 out of 12 games and the one I win I only get 1000 coins but when I lose on the same mode i lose 16000 or more on multiple games and I’m given the worst hands possible but the people I play against get rid of their entire hand in 3 goes or have 2 plus 4’s for both of them and I can’t even get one while drawing 20 cards is ridiculous I would not recommend spending any money on this game because you loss rate magically becomes horrendous and you winn gain next to nothing on 80x but lose more the 10X you where winning

Matel is one of the largest companies in the world and they choose to use ai art instead of actually paying artists as well as pounding people with adds while having a mass amount of in game transactions Matel is a power and money hungry company don’t download

Too many ads, no purpose of the coins, and you’re playing against too many bots which makes it a waste of time.

Fun Game, Worst Ads, and Don’t Pay for Ad Free Version
I like the game, though the ads are annoying. I ignored them since I knew it was the free version! But, what’s making me rate it one star is the fact that there are ads you can’t even exit out of.
I have to close the app and reopen it just to keep playing, and there are multiple ads that make me do this! Also, once I paid for no ads there’s still ads just not as many so not worth the money 🤷🏼♀️

Love the game at first
Every time I log out and log back into the game I lose coins, I just had 5,000 something coins than I log in today and it’s 500 I don’t remember losing a big game recently so what happened to my coins

Your opponent will get every perfect card to play. Including multiple Wild cards. Not that many Wild cards in a normal deck but on the app it gives out tons when it’s your opponent.
