AI Instructors
Deleted this app after 2 minutes of having it. Why would anyone want to led through yoga by a lifeless looking AI “instructor”? If anything, you won’t learn how to do the practice correctly. Look elsewhere.

Seriously??? Each yoga practice is generated with ai. You can’t see an actual instructor doing the pose. There is no actual instructor. Disappointing and LAZY
Sure it’s “free to download”
Had to delete my previous review to add this. This company went from free to a payment of over $10 a month which I refused. I recently tried again (after 2 years) and after I put all of my info in it prompted for payment. Especially at these times, we ALL need a little help. When the app let me sign in and provide every detail for my workout, I assumed they’d gone back to the usual. Again promoted for my credit card, I gave up. Maybe I’m a Karen but after YEARS of using this app I never expected to be robbed. I watched the ads. I signed in. I used to support this but no longer. I’m done with you and thank you for never responding to any criticism you’ve ever gotten. It’s been very noteworthy and I’ve told every person I’ve met to NEVER use your app. 💛
It works until it doesn’t
I have been faithfully using this app every day for well over 5 years and I’m sorry to say that with each update, everything gets worse. One update completely erased every single pose that I liked or disliked (which was well over 100), and support basically told me to suck it up when all of that was erased due to an update. You can log in on different devices, but don’t expect your parameters to transfer over. When I log in on my iPad when I’m traveling, every single parameter that this app is praised for is completely erased and I have to reset them every time. What’s the point of even having an account? Especially if tech support isn’t actually going to support you? My thought was that app updates were meant to make the app better, but over the years, every single update they’ve churned out has made the app progressively worse, and support evidently does not care. Find yourself a yoga app that actually cares about you and what you need.
