They actively scam their player base, taking items away that we already have and relisting them and forcing people to gamble for them in a gatcha. They will ban your account for something and refuse to show you what it even was so you can defend yourself. You have to guess. If you have an addictive personality - run away. They will milk you for every cent and in return offer you disrespect and zero human moderation. Your child will absolutely be preyed upon and they won’t care. I’ve seen it happen many times now even having been there for less than a year. Run. Now. This is Roblox but even more predatory and evil.

You gotta delete this app because it’s not OK and it’s inappropriate.
Getting banned for no reason
All I gotta say is that this app moderation sucks because I’ve gotten banned multiple times for no reason like the moderation needs to get better I’m sick and tired of getting banned from a false report for no reason so y’all need to step it up because at this point this app sucks I’ve gotten banned last night for so called “harassment and bullying” when I clearly wasn’t on it last night fix the damn moderation like damn it’s pissing me off

I don’t know what happened to this game but that it got HEAVILY capitalized. So sad, I will never see myself playing this game it is a waste of time and waste of money EVERYTHING costs gems now. A mistake
I’m not tryna make a complaint or anything but when I was going to but my date in my sister had snatched my phone and started to put her date in which is 11 I am 14 and I promise I’m not lying I really want to play and I’ve heard good things about this game.

Waste of time
My child likes to play this game but it lies. It says you can earn ( ZEMS ) if you watch 10 ads which is false. I wasted almost and hour watching the 10 ads to get 1 zem. That’s false advertisement and needs to be changed. There needs to be better ways to earn in game currency that doesn’t waste my life.
You guys keep backing up toxic users
I was in a group chat and a user in it started to spam reporting people and blocking , also posting harmful contents publicly in the app, and their reports has mistakenly banned many of my friends , including mẹ , they have reported me for being dangerous to children users on the app while I have never mentioned about kids , and when I filed a report, you guys keep saying that there’s nothing you guys can do. I’m deeply disappointed by how you guys are working , as I have been a long time user of Zepeto since 2018, you guys keep increasing prices but not the way users can earn it, but this time it has deeply hurt the user reputation and money
Unauthorized charge and no refund!!
So I bought only one thing from this game, which was a premium subscription THATS IT. And then two weeks later I get randomly charged for a purchase I never made, I never even got the item I supposedly purchased. Never got a refund aswell. Very upset.

Theirare so many creeps this is a teenage game but I let my 8 year old get it and then a 26 year old man was flirting with her and teaching her bad stuff like adult stuff she didn’t understand because again she’s 8 years old and in 2nd grade she got the game on her iPad because she saw ads this guy texted her and got her number and sent her you know photos and my daughter couldn’t read what he would say since she’s in 2nd grade and this 26 year old man is asking her for photos and she didn’t send them but yea he was in the army this game is not appropriate keep your kids safe since this 26 year old man did worst things to her and invited her other friend that’s 5 to join. This is app is very bad.

I’m supposed to have 2.9k posts on my account. There’s a huge glitch & I’m only seeing 55 of the most recent posts I’ve made. After scrolling it says “final post” after the 55th post. This issue NEEDS to be FIXED ASAP

ZEPETO is fun and awesome, but when you do the scratch cards, you almost always get coins instead of zems.
It's super laggy and Restrictions
Now Zepeto is a nice game don't get me wrong but my bestie just got restricted for no reason and I keep on lagging out
