HR Zone Route Map - Your workout route is now color-coded by heart rate zone, so you can see exactly where you pushed hardest and where you recovered. Applies to Running, Cycling, Walking, Hiking, Cross-Country Skiing, Paddle Sports, Swimming, Snowboarding, Downhill Skiing, and Wheelchair workouts.
Added Heart Rate reserve Threshold under the Heart Rate chart. (HRR is used in the calculation of Athlytic's Effort and Exertion scores).

-Tapping on the map will now expand into a full screen and the route on the map is now color coded by HR zones
-On the watch: Mile Splits & Auto-Lap - Athlytic now tracks mile (or km) splits during running and walking workouts on Apple Watch. Get a haptic tap and split time at every mile marker, see your current split pace vs average pace in real time, and review all your splits in the post-workout summary.
Improvements:
-A haptic ping has been added on the watch app when Target Exertion has been reached during a workout. A second haptic will tap you again when Target Max has been exceeded.
