• Free + paywall after N actions. User completes 2-3 actions then hits paywall. Best for utility / one-shot apps. Show value before asking.
• Hard paywall. First screen after onboarding is the paywall. Highest LTV per signup but burns 80%+ of installs. Only with brand awareness.
• Freemium with feature gates. Core free, advanced features paid. Hardest to monetize - users find workarounds. Usually combined with another model.
