Poor security and difficult to unsubscribe.
completely useless. probably the most basic VPN. doesn't even allow you to see Netflix from other locations, doesn't hide device location from any websites. i doubt it even hides ip address. don't waste your money. and if you cancel they don't refund your money. google should remove this scam app.

they've added too much nonsense to the app and over complicated it. I just want to add this Wi-Fi I'm currently connected to to this safe list the white list. I have a degree in computer science. this is nonsense.

Very predatory website and billing. Went to there site after having a plan for a while, only for them to show that I didn't have any plan, but I had to click "shoe basic plan" and then it showed that I did indeed have a subscription. they dont support all operating system. I hate express, go stick with Proton vpn

It doesn't work if you use it in China. Even if it connected, you get disconnected after a while. Every morning I turn my lap top and VPN on. it take about half an hour to establish a connection before I can use it. Less than an half an hour, the VPN start reconnecting. Then the cat and mouse game between VPN and the Great Firewall of China begin

I have contacted support several times on an issue with an android streaming box each time they tell me to load the newest version which I did before I contacted them which did not fix the problem they also dropped support for a router that they heavily pushed users to use in most states there are bait and switch laws that prevent this

the app works as intended, however be aware of customer service if you experience a problem. express vpn will only communicate through a text feature. if you have a complicated issue you will likely find yourself in an endless text thread of nonproductivity. and it is their policy of no refunds so you could find yourself out money and empty handed. look around and do your research before subscribing to this service.
the black out bug is still there i am afraid, it disappeared when my finger pressed on home, pixel 9a, already updated the phone to newest update
This APP doesnt work for china. It constantly drops in and out and nothing loads
**5/4/26 There are Still glitches when changing locations even -and websites take a day or 2 to adjust. Many sites Believe I'm a ro/bot and I have to go thru extra steps. I'm sure y'all are working hard and a fix is on the way ASAP. Much appreciated 🤍 4/27/26 ExpressVPN responded very quickly as several websites were not opening due to the VPN. They advised me to change locations and, what do you know, it works Very well again. Thank y'all very much
