I saw an ad for Norton360, antivirus & security,It said try free for 7 days but That I had to pay a minimal fee of...I don't remember exactly how much but under $10.00 so I gave them my account number and information and next thing they stole $111.00 approximately, out of my account I tried to cancel it and now they are saying it is not refundable! what do I do about this blatant thievery?
Beware. At first it worked great. Then it kept showing error messages when I went to the Play Store. When I went in the app, everything appears normal. I have no idea what the problem is, and there's no way to find out. I uninstalled it.
VPN is not working as it should; the update has done nothing.

Norton 360 scam call isn't working I have gone into the app to set up and then set Norton as defaults repeatedly. It also asks me to setup dark web for monitoring which I did & paid for it ,I should already have it as well as the safe email it doesn't support outlook and the others it says there is an error. No success I've given feedback. what are you doing about this?
a security app can't stop others from killing it from my phone, what good are you? I won't be renewing your app and will not fix the core issue im having now.

I doubt this even does anything at all. it's supposed to automatically scan and it tells me it did but it lists the last scan at over a month ago when it's supposed to be daily. can't scan email, text or anything else manually. it doesn't seem to scan automatically either. email notifications of email scanned as you open it or anything that seems like it is protecting you try elsewhere this is garbage
If they could fix renewals I'd give them 5 stars. Sure you are interested in fixing it norton. Every year this happens. If I gave a star for every year that they renew the old version that is no longer available but is more expensive, and bricks updates and kills VPN, I could give them 5 stars. Appears the business model is to overcharge for their product, and it does not function after renewal, then you spend 3-6 hours for the next 2-3 days arguing before you get someone at Norton who fixes it
I wish I would have subscribed thru Norton 360 and not thru Play Protect (Google Play). I have had lots of technical issues because I am a Play Protect(Google Play) subscriber and I don't feel I have gotten my full package. I can't sign up when asked by Norton 360 because they do not recognize me because I did not sign up directly thru Norton. Very frustrating to say the least... thru Play Protect because Norton does not recignize me when they ask me to sign up for the rest of my package.

.Norton don't work on a TA-1322 Nokia. So useless on a NOKIA.
